Clacton-on-Sea Sailing Club is situated at the extreme eastern boundary of Clacton-on-Sea within the Holland-on-Sea Country Park.
Sixteen miles from Colchester in North East Essex the Club is only 9 miles from the national Motorway/Dual Carriageway system.
Facing South, prevailing South Westerly and North Easterly winds make for good sailing. Launching and landing are possible at almost all states of the tide, with concrete ramps and across a firm sandy beach to the water's edge.
The boat compound is fully fenced with room for 100 boats, ample car parking, generous camping space and within easy reach of the shore.

The Club house has a well stocked bar and good catering facilities; with meals and beverages at Club prices.
In the past the Club has successfully hosted many events including European and National Championships, for, most recently, Snipes, (twice), and in previous years Condors, Toppers and Signets.
Every year there is a comprehensive Sail Training Programme catering for absolute beginners to advanced racing.
Through the winter a lively Social Programme exists with most events having some sailing content.
New and temporary members are always welcome.
