WHO WE ARE
We are an all round support and caring organisation working for the well-being of local residents in the Tendring area.  The requests for help are many and varied.  Our mission is to bring quality of life to the housebound, help them to maintain their independence as long as possible and give relief to carers.

We are unique in our activities and now cover Clacton, Great Clacton, Little Clacton, Weeley, Thorpe, Great Holland, Kirby Cross, St Osyth, Point Clear and Walton.  Family Support Clacton pride ourselves on the fact that we have endeavoured to meet the ever-increasing needs of the community and have our own vehicles with disabled access to transport people from their homes to our venues.
Day Centre - Bishops Park
Open 5 days a week.  Join us for a freshly cooked meal, beverages and entertainment.  There are medical staff in attendance, showering facilities and hairdressing can be arranged.

Individual Attendance Centre
A day centre supporting clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease incorporating a Short Term Memory group.  Showering and nail clipping facilities.  Trained staff on hand as and when required.
Monday and Thursdays 10.15 - 2.30 pm, Alzheimer and dementia day with lunch
Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays - lunch followed by an afternoon of therapeutic activities and entertainment.

Snooker Club
Monday and Fridays.  Clients are picked up and escorted to a local Snooker Club.

Social Lunch Outings
Full day outings take place on Thursdays and Fridays.

Short Breaks
Caring for someone?  Do YOU need TLC?  Have a week in a nursing home with financial help from Colchester Catalyst Charity.

Home Visitor
This is a befriending an sitting service for Carers.  One of our volunteers will visit you to offer help and companionship.

Rural Lunch Club
A rural event held in Little Clacton every Thursday.

Social Events
Take place on various special occasions.

Shopping Trips
Take place when requested.

Individual Home Attendant
Providing a full range of services including:
